Melanie has more than two decades of experience designing, executing and interpreting research for agencies and corporations, and is sought out for her thought leadership in the next generation of data collection. Melanie spent 12 years at a full-service research firm in Dallas where she developed her strong research background, followed by nearly a decade specializing in all forms of digital research, including online, digital, mobile and social. Melanie is a frequent speaker at industry conferences including CASRO, ESOMAR, ARF, IIR, MRA, and AMA, she has published dozens of articles, white papers, and thought pieces, and she serves on the boards and committees for several industry organizations and quality councils.
